These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the SELECTIVECLOSET.CH website, an online platform for selling pre-owned luxury goods. By accessing and using the website, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use our website.
Our online store is exclusively for consumers. A "consumer" is defined as "any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside their trade, business, craft, profession or agricultural activity". A "professional" is defined as "any natural or legal person, public or private, who is acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft, profession or agricultural activity, including when acting in the name of or on behalf of another professional".

The Selective Closet brand is operated by Mamo Luxury Sàrl, a company registered in Switzerland under company number CHE-160.676.302, with its registered office at Grand Rue 62, 1820 Montreux.

Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded on the website
www.selectivecloset.ch (hereinafter "the Site") between Selective Closet (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to purchase products offered for sale on the Site. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these GTC without reservation.

Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may exist between the photograph and the actual product, particularly due to variations in screen color rendering. These differences do not constitute a product defect.

Price
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) , inclusive of all taxes (TTC) , excluding delivery charges.
For sales where the customer is domiciled abroad and the delivery address is outside Switzerland, prices are exempt from Swiss VAT, in accordance with applicable tax legislation. The price excluding VAT is calculated automatically in the shopping cart as soon as the customer enters a home and delivery address located outside Switzerland.
The customer remains responsible for the payment of any import tax, customs duty or local VAT that may be applicable in the country of destination.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

Payment method
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, using the following methods:

By bank transfer
By twint
The order is only considered final after receipt of full payment.

Delivery
The products are shipped via DHL Express to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
These delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on logistical or customs conditions. The Seller cannot be held liable for any delays beyond its control.
8. Return and Refund Policy
In accordance with Selective Closet's business policy, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted after order confirmation, except in the case of a clear error attributable to the Seller (for example, sending a different item than the one ordered). In this case, the Customer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of receiving the package.
9. Retention of Title
The products remain the property of Selective Closet until full payment of the price.
10. Responsibility
The Seller declines all responsibility for indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of data, etc.) related to the use of the Site or to a delay in delivery.
The Seller's liability shall not exceed the total amount of the order.
11. Personal data
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) . It is used exclusively for order processing and communication with the customer. No data is transmitted to third parties not involved in the execution of the contract.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, etc.) are the exclusive property of Selective Closet and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
13. Applicable and legal law
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud.
